We’re looking for a Project Manager – Offshore Projects to lead complex EPCI projects end-to-end; from concept and strategy through engineering, procurement, construction, installation and handover—delivering safely, on time, to spec and within budget.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale EPCI offshore projects from concept to completion.
• Own HSE, quality, schedule and cost performance; drive project controls and reporting.
• Act as primary client interface during execution; manage expectations and change/claims.
• Build, coordinate and motivate a multidisciplinary project team (engineering, procurement, yard, offshore, commissioning).
• Oversee planning, progress and risk management; implement mitigations and lessons learned.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction & installation; resolve interfaces and bottlenecks.
• Govern contract, scope and variation management; safeguard documentation and handover.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Industrial).
• Proven experience managing offshore or heavy industrial construction projects (EPCI preferred).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent organisation & attention to detail; calm under pressure while upholding HSE & compliance.
• Fluent English (spoken/written); Dutch is an advantage.
