Global Project Manager

Focused on developing next-generation packaging solutions for the personal care and consumer goods sectors, this company is at the forefront of creating reusable, environmentally conscious alternatives to traditional single-use formats. As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking a Global Project Manager to lead the industrialisation of their innovative packaging technologies across their global supply chain.

This is a high-impact, strategically important role. The successful candidate will oversee major industrialisation projects, from new product introductions through to the setup of new manufacturing capabilities and supply chains, all while ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver key industrialisation projects, including:

• Launching new packaging formats into scalable production.
• Driving large-scale product upgrades and technical modifications.
• Establishing new production capabilities within existing or emerging manufacturing hubs.
• Designing and rolling out new supply chain routes to support global expansion.
• Align operational and commercial goals, working closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, engineering, procurement, and quality to ensure seamless readiness for launch.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear accountability, risk management, and timely decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
• Take ownership of project financials, from budget creation and cost control through to tracking ROI and ensuring continuity of the overall business case.
• Integrate robust quality control processes into the rollout of new production lines, ensuring compliance and consistency in all regional implementations.
• Deliver projects within scope, on time and on budget, while maintaining agility in managing shifting requirements or timelines.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for local operations teams, ensuring readiness across every level of the manufacturing and supply chain network.
