We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our in-house team at Klättermusen. You’ll sit at the center of our creative operations, helping the team focus, stay on track, and deliver high-quality creative work across brand and marketing channels.
This is not just an admin role. We’re after someone who knows how to turn a brief into action, who can work with creative personalities, and who understands how to bring structure without slowing things down. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Lead, Creative Producer, and the wider marketing team to bring campaigns to life on time, on brand, and with the right people involved.
A natural interest in the outdoors or outdoor culture is a plus.
Project & Workflow Management
- Plan and coordinate creative and marketing asset production from brief to delivery
- Set and manage timelines and ensure deliverables land on time and to spec
- Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout each project
- Lead weekly status meetings and maintain clear project overviews
Production & Global Toolkits
- Deliver seasonal Global Asset Toolkits on time and to quality
- Manage production of print materials, POS, in-store signage and retail content
- Coordinate digital assets across web, paid media, email and social
- Manage internal and external resources (freelancers, vendors, agencies)
- Ensure brand consistency across markets and channels
Creative Operations
- Traffic and manage asset reviews, approvals and feedback loops
- Help improve internal processes, workflows and templates
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Leads to prioritize workload
- Own DAM (Digital Asset Management) structure and asset distribution
Production Support
- Scope smaller content/creative productions when needed
- Liaise with production partners and suppliers
- Track usage rights and post-production delivery timelines
- 5 years of experience managing creative projects, ideally within a creative, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment
- A clear and confident communicator who works well across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Strong planning and organisational skills. You’re someone who keeps things moving and doesn’t drop balls
- A solid understanding of creative workflows across design, copy, content, and production
- Basic photo or video production knowledge is a plus
- Good judgement when it comes to prioritising, problem solving, and making things happen
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, Figma, or Miro.
- Fluency in English (Swedish is a bonus)
- Enjoy keeping things moving and seeing creative work come to life
- Care about the details but always keep the bigger picture in mind
- Know how to bring clarity and structure to a fast-moving team
- Understand that great creative needs focus, freedom, and clear direction
- Are curious about the outdoor industry and how culture, storytelling, and design intersect
