Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and responsive web and mobile applications.
- Manage and mentor the frontend team, ensuring code quality and efficient workflows.
- Develop and maintain features using React Native, React and Next.js within a monorepo structure.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into high-quality code.
- Ensure optimal performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Continuously improve development processes and contribute to architectural decisions.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React Native, React and Next.js.
- Experience developing and maintaining both mobile and web applications.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and efficient workflows.
- Experience working in a monorepo environment.
- Knowledge of at least one backend technology (Node.js, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team management.
