Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and responsive web and mobile applications.
Manage and mentor the frontend team, ensuring code quality and efficient workflows.
Develop and maintain features using React Native, React and Next.js within a monorepo structure.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into high-quality code.
Ensure optimal performance across web and mobile platforms.
Continuously improve development processes and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in React Native, React and Next.js.
Experience developing and maintaining both mobile and web applications.
Solid understanding of performance optimization and efficient workflows.
Experience working in a monorepo environment.
Knowledge of at least one backend technology (Node.js, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team management.
