We are looking for a Software Development Manager who combines strong technical expertise with a sharp business mindset to join our journey, reporting directly to the CTO.
Our current technology stack includes C#.NET for backend development, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and React.js & React Native for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the software development team, supporting their technical growth
- Design secure, high-performing, and scalable systems on cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Oversee B2B & B2C product development, providing technical analysis, planning, and guidance
- Collaborate closely with backend & frontend teams (mobile, web, integrations) with a focus on user experience
- Coordinate with clients’ technical teams and ensure alignment on project plans
- Design efficient processes to optimize sprint performance
- Develop solutions for high-traffic systems with a focus on security, privacy, and performance
- Stay ahead of new technologies and guide the team in building AI SaaS solutions
- Provide hands-on coding when necessary to set technical direction and lead by example
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience and at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven experience with SaaS product development and scalable system design
- Strong background in B2B platforms, loyalty & marketing tech, e-commerce integrations
- Knowledge of microservices, modular monolith, and CI/CD practices
- Experience with payment infrastructures, POS/cash register integrations, or whitelabel mobile/web solutions is a plus
- Business acumen with a focus on cost optimization and revenue growth
- Advanced English proficiency
