Senior .NET and React.js Engineer

Requirements Core Engineering Expertise

• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including test automation,

dependency injection, software architecture, and SOLID principles.

• Ability to master and apply key engineering concepts regardless of programming language. 

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years delivering robust, scalable software in complex environments.

• Previous tenure in one or two startups, working at a high pace, developing significant products at

scale.

• Proven track record in leading features and projects end-to-end.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example in collaborative team settings.

• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and architect effective, efficient

solutions.

• Comfortable with evolving technologies and agile development practices.

Technologies

• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, React, and TypeScript (mandatory).

Background

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in well-regarded software companies that

provide solutions to startups (especially in Poland), or other organizations building complex,

large-scale products.

• Candidates coming from recognized and reputable startups/companies in the market.
