What You Will Do

Support the design, execution, and reporting of TÜBİTAK and Horizaon Europe projects.

Conduct technical research and data analysis to enhance project outcomes.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, universities, and research partners.

Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical presentations in English.

Follow DHL’s global innovation roadmap and ensure alignment with sustainability and efficiency goals.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar).

1–2 years of experience in R&D, project engineering, or innovation-related roles (internships included).

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to work in a dynamic and project-based environment.
