As a Marketing Manager, you are passionate about absorbing business context and using that to make intelligent decisions that benefit the long-term value of the brand. In this position, you will be crafting and executing 360° campaigns for our members. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on marketing campaigns, yet act selfless and be inclusive.

You will create campaigns that drive conversations and resonate authentically with local audiences in Türkiye and set new standards for entertainment marketing. What will you do?
- Lead marketing campaigns to drive conversation and fandom
- Develop and execute campaigns for the launch of locally produced Netflix films and series. This includes formulating creative strategies, leading the ideation process, overseeing the budget and ensuring efficient allocation across various campaign components (asset creation, media buying, stunts, etc.)
- Supervising the execution of marketing elements including shoots, stunts, digital innovations, and coordinating internal and external workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Lead local extensions of global title campaigns with creative and impactful media planning, and executing locally relevant special projects (stunts, content, digital innovation) that are aligned with the creative strategy
- Leading on the execution of localising global brand campaigns for the Turkish market
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Content, Production, Product, PR, and Events, as well as external partners including Production Partners and Talents. Focus on cultivating and sustaining impactful relationships to enhance reputation and ensure efficient workflows
- Collaborate with our world-class product creative team to integrate our original marketing campaigns ideas within the member product experience
- Minimum 7 years of previous experience in building strategic insight-led 360 consumer marketing campaigns preferably with a background in entertainment, lifestyle or games
- Senior experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch including strategic positioning, asset development and execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch roadmaps
- Native understanding of traditional (broadcast, OOH etc.), social and digital advertising
- A history of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners
- Preferred experience working with global stakeholders and implementing international campaigns or strategies
- Ability to lead, create and execute campaigns autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Demonstrating prioritization, workflow management, and collaboration skills, even without the support of a large team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in Turkish and English
- Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback and engage in open dialogue to foster continuous improvement
