Location and Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days from the Warsaw office)

Type of contract: CoE


About the role:

2 shifts:

1st one (9 am -5 pm CET)

2nd one: (12 pm - 8 pm CEST)

Weekend on-call support on a Rotational basis


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understands technical requirements and applies relevant knowledge to support application stability.
  • Identifies and contributes to solutions that enhance application support and performance with minimal guidance.
  • Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software, systems, databases, and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborates with peers to maintain the reliability of critical applications.
  • Investigates and resolves performance issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.


Requirements:

  • 4 + years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Application Support.
  • Strong experience in Production Application Support, including incident management for large-scale enterprise applications and familiarity with ITSM processes.
  • Background in Java application support, including JVM understanding.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux environments and SQL.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
  • Experience working in large server environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Availability for rotational on-call support and flexible working hours to meet operational needs.

  • Continuous Learner: Eager to explore new technologies such as DevOps platforms, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams and participate in rotational on-call support.
