Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy to improve customer repeat rate:
    • Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers
    • Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behavior
  • Lead the Revenue Management track:
    • Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization
    • Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing ones
  • Set clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutions
  • Define and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
  • Strong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue management
  • Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact
  • Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data
  • Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanics
  • Familiarity with pricing optimization and revenue management tools
  • Exposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalization
