We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager to own and manage the product portfolio in the local market. They will align new and existing digital educational products with company strategy, market opportunities, and financial targets. This role combines market research, portfolio performance analysis, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Portfolio Ownership: Analyze course portfolio performance (profitability, enrollment, retention) and decide on course continuation, relaunch, or deprecation
- Market Analysis & Opportunity Mapping: Monitor market trends, identify white spaces, and propose new product concepts
- Strategic Planning: Build 6-12 month product roadmaps aligned with global strategy and prioritize launches
- Decision-Making Support: Present portfolio strategies and translate data into business decisions
- Process Improvement: Introduce new methodologies for portfolio and market analysis
Skills you'll need to succeed:
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to create and manage product roadmaps
- Strategic thinking: connecting market insights to business goals
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Competence in analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, etc.)
- English language B2/C1 level, Polish language B2/C1.
