Product Designer
Location: Poland (Remote) OR from one of our offices (Rzeszów, Kraków, Gdańsk, Białystok, Toruń)
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of technology, including the capabilities and limitations of web platforms
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience in fintech or banking - will be a plus.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, creating user personas and scenarios.
- Design intuitive, aesthetically refined, and highly functional UX/UI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, end-users and other stakeholders to bring designs from concept to reality.
- Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed design decisions and solve challenges creatively.
- Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
