We are looking for Senior Product Designer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in product design and user experience,
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Industrial Product Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, etc.),
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team,
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including component structures, auto layout, and design system principles,
• Closely follows current design trends and industry developments and can integrate them into projects,
• Curious and proactive about understanding, analyzing, and solving user problems,
• Detail-oriented while also contributing to product development with a strategic perspective,
• Ability to create responsive designs (compatible with various screen sizes) and build interfaces aligned with user flows,
• Experience in user experience design for both web and mobile platforms,
• Ability to transform complex business processes into simple, clear, and user-friendly experiences,
• Preferably has experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Able to provide an up-to-date portfolio during the application process,

Responsibilities:

• Deliver user-focused, functional, and aesthetically high-quality design solutions,
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software teams to support product development processes,
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members when needed within the design team,
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from ideation to design and prototyping,
• Contribute to the company’s design system and ensure its sustainability,
• Develop new ideas and creative solutions to continuously improve the product experience,
• Integrate user research and testing results into the design process to make data-driven decisions,
