We’re on the lookout for a Web Experience & Digital Product Owner who will take full ownership of our website experience and drive measurable digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage entire website operations and development processes: content, design, user experience (UX/UI), technical infrastructure, integrations, security, and performance.
- Ensure all dynamic elements such as visuals, links, forms, and CTAs are functioning properly; oversee the accurate publication of new content and visuals.
- Conduct digital analysis and optimization: track and report metrics such as page engagement, CTA conversion performance, form completion rates, etc.
- Bring a creative eye to the process: interpret design outputs from designers, provide feedback and direction, and make minor visual/style adjustments when needed.
- Understand product details and ensure they are reflected clearly and effectively on the website.
- Act as a bridge between content, design, development teams, and management; translate stakeholder expectations into actionable tasks.
- Follow new technologies, web trends, and UX/UI standards to continuously improve the digital experience.
- Manage website projects end-to-end with a solid understanding of project management processes, documentation, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong design sense with a creative perspective.
- Able to understand UI/UX logic and the “mechanics” behind digital products.
- Confident in evaluating design and content work, giving constructive feedback, and directing outputs toward business goals.
- Skilled at coordinating between content, design, and digital teams.
- Able to manage website projects with ownership of process tracking, documentation, and overall project governance.
- Experience in website management and digital content operations (knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms).
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar analytics and optimization tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to read and interpret design files (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.).
- Capable of understanding product and technology logic to direct copy/visual/CTA structures in the right direction.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Preferably with agency or fintech/technology company experience.
