We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger. To succeed in this role, you should have a very good attention to detail, ease of learning, and accuracy in every task performed. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Wroclaw office.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration — final assignment will be based on business needs
- Manage and resolve employee requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Help ensure HR documentation and processes comply with internal policies and legal requirements
- Participate in generating reports and summaries based on operational or compliance needs
- Collaborate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and support team-wide initiatives
Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience
- Strong focus on details
- Proactive approach, positive attitude, and teamwork
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Good knowledge of the Polish language
