Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to join our global HR Team. In this role, you will act as a key point of expertise across all HR operational areas — from employee onboarding and payroll coordination to data management, benefits administration, and compliance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of HR processes across multiple locations and jurisdictions. Acting as an individual contributor, you will also coordinate selected HR activities and lead initiatives aimed at streamlining and automating key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage and execute all administrative aspects of the employee journey, from onboarding and contract administration to offboarding.
- Maintain employee documentation and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Coordinate HR operations in close collaboration with Studio Heads, HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Process Polish payroll and related payments as well as prepare/validate payroll data for external providers on different markets.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations (Poland and other countries) and support audit processes.
- Administer employee benefits, absences, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Partner with Finance and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and timely execution.
- Prepare regular HR, payroll, and benefits reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
- Establish and follow quality control procedures to maintain a zero-error approach in documentation and reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization of HR processes.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Support implementation and integration of new HR tools, AI systems and automation.
- At least 7 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, contract administration, immigration, and mobility.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and experience working with various types of employment agreements.
- Ability to mentor and support other team members.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and process automation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of professional ethics and integrity.
- Fluent command of both Polish and English.
