Responsibilities
- Assist all HR operations (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employer branding and employee engagement), working closely with leadership team.
- Monitor the HR team daily and establish a good working relationship with all members to improve efficiency.
- Create and enforce HR policies.
- Monitor personnel affairs processes, onboarding and orientation processes and staff training and development programs.
- Ensure all personnel records and HR network data are entered accurately to related areas.
- Plan, execute and monitor employee retention and engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good command of Turkish labor law and legal practices,
- At least 5 years of experience in different functions of Human Resources,
- Having an excellent skill of the English speaking and writing,
- Strong communication and representation ability,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Strategic thinking and change management skills,
- High planning and organization skills,
- High presentation and persuasion skills.
- This is a full-time position based in the Anatolia side of Istanbul, please consider the location while applying.
