We are looking for a motivated junior HR professional with 1–2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files.
- Manage signature processes, official correspondence, and overall document flow.
- Ensure an organized departmental filing and archiving system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Monitor and record leave and overtime data.
- Provide data for routine HR reports (e.g., headcount, leave utilization).
- Gather and submit required data and documents for timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including social security registrations, terminations, and tracking of mandatory declarations.
- Ensure employee requests are addressed and communicated to relevant teams promptly.
- Coordinate candidate invitations, interview scheduling, and system records.
- Provide logistical and administrative support across all HR processes.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and internal events to promote motivation and team spirit.
- Support training operations, including reporting and evaluation tracking.
- Respond to routine information requests.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (including internships, part-time, or project-based roles).
- Written and spoken fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
