We are looking for a "Human Resources Assistant' on behalf of our global business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for local staff recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and offboarding, training, and attendance management.
- Meeting arrangements, Organizational atmosphere management, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and large-scale event organization.
- Budget management, public announcements, and reimbursement support for departmental team-building activities etc.
- Employee inquiries and support, office needs response, stationery management, and property management.
- If necessary , support epidemic prevention management, distribution of epidemic prevention supplies, management, follow-up, and care for quarantined and at-risk individuals.
- Other HR and administrative-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in HR, administration, or GM assistant roles.
- Friendly , Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and fluency in English as the working language.
- Results-oriented, responsible, able to handle challenging tasks, and detail-oriented.
- Ambitious with strong learning capabilities.
- Relevant human resources experience is preferred.
