Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, identifying areas for improvement in business processes, creating functional specifications, and providing project support. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met.
Your Responsibilities
- Interact with other parties to analyze business needs and find solutions.
- Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
- Determine and drive the MVP (minimal viable product).
- Make benchmark analysis for the competing products.
- Create simple wireframes and flows to explain features to stakeholders (technical team and operations)
- Discuss with all stakeholders to make sure that there is no gap at any stage.
- Manage & prioritize backlog and the product roadmap for market needs and strategy.
- Conduct UAT, product acceptance testing.
- Verify required functionality has developed and implemented as per business requirements.
- Manage the sprint cycles.
- Prepare documents including design flow and wireframes.
- Create gapless success and fail test scenarios for test-driven development.
- Be responsible for the customer onboarding process for new projects, customer engagement, billing calculations, and other customer success and account management activities
- Report product progress to Product Manager.
- Track and resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.

- Prior Conversaitonal AI and Chatbot technology experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Xd or Figma is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira is a plus.
- Previous hands-on experience on Agile Product Development is a plus.
