Elisa Data & Analytics department is responsible for development of large-scale analytics to various Elisa’s business needs. We value insights from data, are focused on learning how to support our customers better and want to enhance experiences in our customers’ everyday life.

We’re looking for a Data Scientist for our Elisa Data & Analytics team.
Your main projects would be designing and implementing various Machine Learning models related to Elisa’s Consumer Customer business. This requires skills in networking and communication with key stakeholders, and solid technical hands-on experience with databases and cloud environments.

What We Expect From You
- Several years of experience working as a Data Scientist and over five years of work experience in complex analytics tasks
- Solid experience in building production grade machine learning models and analytics solutions
- Interest in LLMs and GenAI
- Experience of working in cloud environments, preferably in Google Cloud Platform
- A desire to take responsibility for the progress of projects and get things done
- A self-driven transparent and agile mindset and the ability to inspire others through your own actions and attitude
- The ability for independent planning and decision-making
- Good interactive skills and fluent proficiency in English (and Finnish is a plus).
