Job Description

Information Technology (IT) Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential IT duties. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Able to manage all IT Department Operations and Tasks assigned by IT Manager
• Being able to manage snagging and tasks related to the IT Set Up
• Offers quality service and assistance at all times and be confident to handle all the problems related to IT or AV
• Ensure orders (lap top, projector, screen) are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.
  
  

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as IT Coordinator for a Hotel
• Opera/Symphony and other hotel systems experience is a PLUS
• Should have in depth knowledge of IT Systems and networks with graduation degree in IT
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential
