Hiring IT Support

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary : 2500-3000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Set up and maintain computer systems, networks, and other related equipment.
  • Install and configure software applications and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems and equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Train employees on the use of hardware and software, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network and server administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
