Key Responsibilities
Strategic Demand Management
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure demands, from ideation to approval, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
Develop comprehensive Business Case Documents (BCDs) with clear articulation of scope, benefits, risks, and financials (CapEx/OpEx), covering technical aspects.
Coordinate with Infrastructure Service Teams/ Owners for scope, cost validations, timelines, and resource requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Information Gathering
Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure stakeholders and project governance teams.
Facilitate structured workshops and interviews to gather technical and operational inputs from cross-functional teams.
Consolidate and interpret stakeholder feedback to shape demand proposals and investment justifications.
Documentation & Governance
Maintain high-quality documentation including trackers, dashboards, approval matrices, and audit-ready records.
Ensure all demand items comply with internal governance frameworks, including DOA protocols and Clarity system updates.
Portfolio Support
Provide infrastructure demand forecasts and readiness assessments for quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Support prioritization and sequencing of infrastructure initiatives within the broader technology portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, IT strategy, or enterprise architecture.
Strong understanding of infrastructure domains (cloud, storage, network, compute) and their business impact.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in enterprise governance tools (e.g., Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with financial modeling and investment planning.
Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
