To accelerate this journey, we’re looking for an IT Specialist — the technical anchor of Internal IT.

You’ll own our Microsoft 365 and Intune environment, strengthen endpoint security, and drive automation that shapes how our people experience technology every day.

This is a hands-on, mid–senior technical role for someone who wants to make IT human again — systems that are reliable, secure, and seamless. You’ll report to the IT Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues across both People & Technology and Security.

1. Own Microsoft 365 Operations & Enablement

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 — ensuring our digital workplace runs smoothly for every employee.
• Lead continuous improvement across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and other software to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Ensure seamless joiner/mover/leaver experiences integrated across M365 and other SaaS tools — so every employee starts, grows, and transitions effortlessly.

2. Drive Device Compliance & Endpoint Security

• Own Intune for Windows and macOS: deployment, compliance, and security baselines.
• Manage Defender, BitLocker, PIM, and Conditional Access to safeguard people and data.
• Balance security and usability — keeping our people protected without friction.

3. Automate & Integrate Workflows 

• Build and maintain PowerShell modules, Power Automate flows, and Logic Apps that remove manual work.
• Partner with teammates to streamline everyday IT interactions and reduce friction for employees.
• Develop integrations (Graph API, REST) that make our IT environment truly connected.
• Implement monitoring and reporting for automation jobs, endpoint compliance, and service health — ensuring everything just works.

4. Support Identity & Infrastructure

• Collaborate on Entra ID governance, RBAC, and automation to ensure simple, secure access to what matters.
• Strengthen integrations between identity, devices, and applications — building the foundation for a connected employee journey.

5. Contribute Strategically 

• Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and human-centered technical solutions.
• Maintain structured documentation (KBs, SOPs, playbooks) that empower others to solve problems independently.
• Act as an internal advocate for automation, simplicity, and modern IT design.

• Experience: 3–6 years in hands-on IT roles managing Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Technical Depth: Confident with endpoint management, Conditional Access, Defender, BitLocker, and PIM.
• Automation Skills: Fluent in PowerShell, Power Automate, or Logic Apps; experience with Microsoft Graph or REST APIs.
• Builder Mindset: You think in systems, not tickets — you automate, optimize, and document.
• Security Awareness: Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR principles.
• People-first Collaboration: You translate complex tech into clear, simple experiences that help others succeed.
