We’re expanding in Norway and are hiring for two roles in Oslo:
Role 1: Key Account Manager (Oslo, Norway)
Main responsibilities:
- Client management: Take over and further develop several of our key clients.
- Growth and profitability: Drive sales with full budget responsibility for revenue and margins.
- Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within our strong Brand Management offering.
- Customer relations: Deepen collaboration with existing clients and ensure value creation throughout the supply chain.
- Lead smaller projects from start to finish. Manage everything from client briefings and planning to production, delivery, and follow-up.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within branding, communication or retail.
- Thrives in a role that combines hands-on sales with strategic development.
- Is relationship-oriented, results-driven, and able to identify business opportunities.
- Has strong commercial drive and enjoys working in an organisation with short decision paths and a strong team spirit.

Role 2: Project Manager (Oslo, Norway)
Your role
As a Project Manager at Nonbye, you’ll be the driving force behind projects that make brands visible in the real world. You’ll lead the process from concept to completion, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track while ensuring clients feel supported and inspired throughout.
You’ll collaborate with skilled colleagues across the Nordics in sales, design, procurement, and production, turning ideas into solutions that create measurable impact.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish. Manage everything from client briefings and planning to production, delivery, and follow-up.
- Be the client’s go-to partner. Ensure expectations are met, challenges are solved, and every delivery makes a difference.
- Collaborate across borders. Work closely with our Nordic teams to create efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Keep quality and structure at the core. Make sure each project meets Nonbye’s standards, on time and within budget.
What we are looking for:
You’re a natural coordinator; structured, proactive, and motivated by seeing things come to life. You enjoy working with people, keeping momentum, and finding solutions when things get complex.
You see the bigger picture but never lose sight of the details.
You likely have:
- Proven B2B project management experience, ideally within branding, communication, retail, or production.
- A passion for creating value through organization and collaboration.
- The ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining focus and quality.
- Confidence in cross-border teamwork and excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
