We’re expanding our operations in Norway and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering a high-performance facility near Porsgrunn. You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex project activities.
The Role:
- Support the lead Project Manager in day-to-day project delivery and coordination
- Manage stakeholder communication, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance to ensure alignment with project goals
- Drive progress tracking, risk management, and programme updates
- Oversee change control, reporting, and quality assurance activities
- Champion MiCiM’s standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability on site
About You:
- Experienced in medium to large-scale construction project management
- Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder and coordination abilities
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, comfortable bridging local and international teams
- Confident in managing budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Experience in Data Centres, Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Mission Critical environments preferred
