We’re expanding our operations in Norway and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering a high-performance facility near Porsgrunn. You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex project activities.

The Role:

• Support the lead Project Manager in day-to-day project delivery and coordination
• Manage stakeholder communication, documentation, and reporting
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance to ensure alignment with project goals
• Drive progress tracking, risk management, and programme updates
• Oversee change control, reporting, and quality assurance activities
• Champion MiCiM’s standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability on site

About You:

• Experienced in medium to large-scale construction project management
• Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder and coordination abilities
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, comfortable bridging local and international teams
• Confident in managing budgets, schedules, and documentation
• Experience in Data Centres, Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Mission Critical environments preferred
