Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the design process across multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants).
  • Review and integrate design deliverables to ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and monitor design programs, deliverables schedules, and milestones.
  • Facilitate coordination workshops, BIM reviews, and design issue resolution.
  • Lead authority submission processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership in sustainability, innovation, and value engineering.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and project managers on design-related matters.
  • Mentor and guide junior design staff.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in design coordination or management within consultancy environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and deliver large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC authority approval processes and international design standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks) and design management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
