Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Presentation Specialist to join our BEEAH Recycling team. The role combines expertise in data analysis, storytelling, and presenting design to communicate business insights effectively. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decisions and creating visually compelling presentations and dashboards to engage internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Data Reporting: Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to produce accurate reports and KPI summaries.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for real-time performance tracking.
• Data Visualization: Present complex data through clear, actionable visuals and charts that support business decision-making.
• Presentation Design: Create professional, high-quality presentations tailored for executives, clients, and project teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and analytical outputs.
• Brand & Design Consistency: Ensure all dashboards and presentations follow corporate branding and maintain visual consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with analytics tools and visualization trends to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Certification in data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and presentation design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data-driven projects and communicate findings effectively.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and executive-level presentations.

Tools Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Strong command of Excel for data manipulation and advanced reporting.

Skills:

• Data Analysis & Visualization – Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and building interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to extract actionable insights.
• Business Understanding – Strong grasp of business processes, KPIs, and strategic objectives, with the ability to translate data into practical, results-driven recommendations.
• Communication & Storytelling – Skilled at simplifying complex data and presenting it through clear visuals, reports, and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
• Design & Presentation Development – Expertise in creating visually engaging presentations, infographics, and branded visuals that align with corporate standards and enhance message clarity.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Support – Analytical thinker with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and provide data-backed recommendations that improve performance and efficiency.
• Time Management & Adaptability – Able to handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adjust quickly to evolving business requirements and stakeholder needs.
