JOB DESCRIPTION

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and skilled Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. We are specifically looking for a developer with expertise in Vue.js 3 (Composition API) and Inertia.js, alongside a strong command of Laravel. This role is integral to the success of our projects, and you will play a pivotal role in creating secure, accessible, and user-friendly web applications for a diverse range of clients.

As a Full Stack Laravel Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet both technical requirements and business goals. Your proficiency with Laravel will drive efficient and scalable backend solutions, while your skills with Vue.js will create engaging and interactive user interfaces. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and Vue.js 3, ensuring exceptional performance, scalability, and security.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end components with Vue.js (Composition API) and TailwindCSS.
• Implement best practices in coding, security, and accessibility to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects meet their scope and requirements, prioritizing real-world functionality over rigid adherence to methodology.
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate within a small, autonomous team, or work independently when required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel (experience with Laravel 11/12 is a plus).
• Expert knowledge of Vue.js 3 (Composition API) and Inertia.js.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern tools like TailwindCSS.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.

MINDSET & SKILLS:

• A pragmatic approach to development, prioritizing client needs over rigid methodologies.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An eagerness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

NICE-TO-HAVES:

• Experience with Laravel Forge, Laravel Vapor, or AWS services.
• Experience integrating with AI platforms and experience crafting prompts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
