Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in finance and capital markets, while working closely with industry experts on high-impact projects.

As a Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our research, benchmarking, and client deliverables, helping to shape insights that directly inform decision-making across global capital markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and structure financial and market data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct desk research on industry trends, post-trade infrastructure, and emerging capital market developments.
  • Support survey design and analysis on critical market topics (settlements, asset servicing, digital assets, regulation, financial market infrastructure, AI etc.).
  • Screen for key developments in the securities industry including new threats and trends to assist the Industry Advocacy & Insight agenda
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing client-facing reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Work directly with senior analysts and industry partners, gaining exposure to real-world capital market operations, identifying key trends in the securities and finance industry.
  • Provide ad-hoc research and analysis to support ongoing projects and business development.


Qualifications

  • Education: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment operations. Basic coding skills (Python, SQL) for data handling and analysis.
  • Strong data analysis, aggregation and interrogation skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to financial data platforms or tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
  • Prior internship or project experience in banking, asset management, or consulting including platform providers and vendors and financial market infrastructures.
