The Role:
SiteTalent is looking for a Marketing Project Manger for our client who is a marketing agency based in the Toronto area. As the Project Manager, you'll be the organizational backbone supporting client success, managing timelines, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in scope. You’ll work closely with account managers to translate client needs into action, keep communication flowing, and help bring creative marketing strategies to life. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within scope delivery.
- Work closely with Account Managers to translate client goals into actionable plans, aligning project execution with broader strategy.
- Develop and manage project timelines, workflows, and resourcing plans across creative, strategy, digital, and production teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams—including digital, copy, design, communications, and creative based on project scope and client needs.
- Track and manage project progress using Productive.io, regularly updating tasks, priorities, and timelines.
- Facilitate internal meetings, action items, deliverables, and next steps.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing work for alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
- Monitor project budgets and scopes, proactively flagging risks or scope changes and escalating when needed.
- Liaise with creative, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project flow.
- Support account teams by delivering regular project updates, gathering feedback, and helping foster positive client relationships.
- Handle revisions, approvals, and project adjustments efficiently, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Manage and execute day-to-day project requests, ensuring smooth operations across all touch points.
- Drive accountability across internal teams by setting clear expectations, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify account growth or up-sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
- Continuously seek and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project success.
- Other duties as required.
A Little Bit About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator or in a similar role is required
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising or creative agency is required
- Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail

The Perks:
- Competitive salary: $60,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
