What You Do

  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles
  • Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team
  • Remove blockers and impede work progress
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank
  • Foster a safe and trusting team environment

Who You Work With

Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You will be working with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels.

Who You Are

  • At least 10years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the FI sector
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/ Agile values and principles
  • Good knowledge in end-to-end business process in Consumer/ Corporate Banking's Channels
  • Strong team coach and mentor
  • Strong team player in the wider Agile community
  • Effective listener and communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced and strong ability in managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Proactive, creative individual who is willing and able to challenge the status quo when needed
  • Self-starter with excellent servant leadership and team building skills
  • Ability to resolve complex problems creatively (out of the box thinking)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
