We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join a fast-growing digital media and data technology company operating at the intersection of real estate, SaaS, and AI automation. This is a full-time, hybrid role supporting a distributed U.S. engineering team. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development experience with curiosity for automation and AI-driven solutions, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where code directly supports business impact. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Job Title: Software Engineer - PHP/Laravel

Location: Hybrid (Remote / U.S. - Excluding AK & HI)

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across internal and customer-facing products
Build, refine, and optimize code that meets both business and technical requirements
Design and implement data integrations, pipelines, and visualization tools
Write and maintain unit tests and technical documentation for long-term scalability
Collaborate closely with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency in PHP and experience working within Laravel frameworks (current, hands-on use required)
Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS environments
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or similar
Knowledge of Docker and database design/development principles

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Total Compensation: Includes competitive benefits and bonus eligibility

Additional Information

100% Fully Remote in all 48 Continental US states only
Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
