iOS Software Engineer, Mobile Home Experience

In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality, user-focused mobile experiences on iOS, shaping the way users interact with digital content. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to solve complex technical challenges, improve scalability, and enhance app performance. Accountabilities

• Design and implement advanced, user-centric features for iOS applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a large, native codebase while guiding architectural improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Promote best engineering practices, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative features aligned with user needs and business objectives
• Lead initiatives to enhance app performance, security, and efficiency through problem-solving and continuous improvements
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team
• Participate in on-call rotations to address production issues as part of team responsibilities
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications
• Strong engineering skills with solid software fundamentals and experience with complex, large-scale native codebases
• Proven experience in leading teams or collaborating in cross-functional environments
• Passion for building consumer applications with intuitive and clean interfaces
• Proficiency in Swift is preferred
• Experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting applications for hundreds of thousands of users is a plus
