Scrum Master with a strong technical background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead agile delivery for our IAM programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands on understanding of IAM concepts and technologies with proven experience in leading Agile teams to deliver secure, high quality IAM capabilities across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, leading technical delivery teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts, including: Identity lifecycle management Authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, etc.)
• Privileged access management (PAM)
• Federation and SSO implementations
• Role based access control (RBAC) and policy design.
