💼 Job Title: Sales Executive – HRMS Software

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in SaaS or software sales to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) solution to startups, MSMEs, and corporates across diverse industries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across startups, MSMEs, and corporate segments.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to HR leaders and business owners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product features and user experience.


🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (preferably HRMS, ERP, or B2B tech).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
