As a Chief Accountant, you are responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Participate in procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Stay informed about accounting technology trends and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure the efficient use of accounting software and tools.
- Lead and mentor accounting colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
- Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
