Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems.
• Maintain records of issues and solutions for documentation and reporting purposes.

·        Install, maintain, and troubleshoot smart gate systems powered by Linux OS and AI surveillance cameras.

·        Manage electrical systems related to IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable power supply and system performance.

·        Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, assisting employees with technical problems, both remotely and on-site.

·        Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to network connectivity, operating systems, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following specializations:
•  computer science
•  Network administration
•  Cybersecurity
• Electronic devices maintenance
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• IoT and Arduino knowledge is a plus.
