As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Manual QA Engineer who is ready to take ownership of testing tasks and contribute to building reliable products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train and coordinate QA team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement;
- Lead manual testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality and stability;
- Coordinate bug reporting and tracking processes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
- Create, review, and support test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports) across the QA team;
- Plan and execute test activities, providing feedback to improve product functionality and user experience;
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and designers to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently;
- Drive enhancements to QA processes, tools, and overall test strategy.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications;
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing levels, and testing types;
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, etc.);
- Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation;
- Knowledge of MySQL databases and ability to write SQL queries;
- Practical experience with API testing (REST);
- Understanding of internet technology stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
- Great communication and analytical skills, attention to detail;
- Experience in mentoring junior QA engineers and participating in task planning and prioritization;
- Ability to organize and oversee QA processes within the team;
- English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice-to-have:
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts;
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Basic knowledge of automation tools or willingness to learn them.
