We're seeking a QA Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for all web application functionalities — no mobile testing.
  • Perform UI, API, and occasional database testing to ensure application functionality, performance, and data integrity.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and report detailed, actionable bug reports for developers to resolve.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and validate defects, ensuring smooth resolutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the product and development teams throughout the entire SDLC — from requirement reviews and sprint planning to release sign-off.
  • Participate actively in daily standups, refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos to maintain alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive regression testing, retesting, and release validation to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize testing efficiency through innovative approaches and tool suggestions.
  • Advocate for quality and user experience by providing constructive feedback and improvement ideas.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on web applications.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage testing end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and a holistic view of projects to identify failure scenarios, edge cases, and coverage gaps.
  • Confident and assertive communicator who can push back constructively when needed.
  • A creative, “think outside the box” mindset for designing effective and efficient test strategies.
  • Experience preparing detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
  • Familiarity with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies; willingness to suggest new tools or approaches to improve processes.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude — you take ownership, ask questions, and stay engaged throughout every stage of development.
