We are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the PMO team.
  • Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and documentation (Jira, Confluence, or other tools).
  • Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication between Project Managers, and technical teams.
  • Help organize and participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
  • Monitor resource allocation and assist with project prioritization.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely task completion.
  • Support onboarding of new team members into PMO processes and tools.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Assistant / Operations role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in IT, SaaS, or FinTech environments.
  • Basic knowledge of project reporting, KPIs, and metrics tracking.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and cross-functional team structure.
