We're Unipaws, a small design studio that helps Web3 and fintech startups. Often, clients come to us with just an idea, and we handle the entire process of bringing their project to life—from identity to a fully-fledged product.

We have a large and steady stream of motion design tasks, so we're looking for a strong specialist to join our team for the long haul.

➡️ What You'll Be Doing

• Creating explainers and promotional videos for our clients (crypto wallets, DeFi platforms, etc.).
• Making short 9:16 videos for TikTok and Instagram.
• Working with a ready-made brief — we provide the scripts and voiceovers.
• Independently animating, selecting graphics, and assembling everything into a final video.

➡️ Who We're Looking For

Experience & Independence

You're not a junior—your foundation should be solid. Our ideal workflow is simple: we give you a task with all the necessary inputs, and we can be confident that you'll deliver a great result without needing constant oversight. You should have a strong sense of timing, dynamics, and other key aspects of animation.

Toolkit

• Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with graphics: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• A huge plus: Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, etc.) for generating assets.

English

At least a reading level is a must-have. You won't need to speak it, but 99% of our scripts and briefs are in English, so it's important that you can read and understand them without any issues.

➡️This Isn't for You If...

You spend a week choosing the perfect ease-in-out for an icon that's on screen for half a second. Or if a 15-second video requires a 20-page brief and a month of storyboarding. Our tasks are primarily about communication.

• Format: Fully remote with a flexible schedule—what matters is that you're in touch and meet deadlines.
• Payment: Ideally, a fixed rate per video. However, we can also discuss a part-time rate if that works better for you.
• Workload: We have a steady stream of projects. We're looking for someone for a long-term collaboration, not just a one-off gig.
