Job Description

Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies;
Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution;
Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results;
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders;
Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems);
Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices;
Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results;
Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth;
Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence;
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar);
Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.);
Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing;
Experience preparing reports for top management/board level;
Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning;
English level: Upper-Intermediate+
Fluency in the Ukrainian or Russian language

Nice to have:

Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries;
Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics;
Experience in building automated reports.
