As part of our global product engineering team, you will design and build user experiences that bring our AI-powered financial wellness products to life—across both web and mobile applications. What You’ll Do

• Design, prototype, and implement engaging, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with product, back-end, and AI teams to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Contribute to both app and web application development, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Drive rapid UI development cycles, delivering iterative improvements based on real-time feedback.
• Work with designers to refine user flows and interaction models that align with our vision of intelligent, agentic user experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable UI components, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and continuous enhancement of UX best practices.
• Collaborate on the integration of AI-driven personalization and dynamic UI components.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX development with strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles.
• Experience in rapid development environments with the ability to quickly iterate prototypes.
• Exposure to both web and mobile app interfaces, with a strong eye for modern, minimalistic design.
• Knowledge of standard UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin is essential; proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
• Bonus: Experience collaborating with backend developers, integrating APIs, or exposure to full-stack concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
