Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX designer located in Bengaluru. The UI/UX designer will be responsible for creating mock-ups, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as ensuring a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the design and development teams, conducting user research, and implementing front-end development techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to support product UI and marketing content.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Ensure consistent visual language and brand identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX and digital illustration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and custom illustrations or graphic design projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects - motion graphics a plus).
• Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Ability to create visually engaging compositions that balance usability with creativity.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Package: The package for this role ranges from 4LPA to 5.3 LPA.
