About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and work closely with our L&D Manager. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs.
- Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions.
- Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
Location & Experience:
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
- Mode: Face-to-Face Interview
- Venue: People Prime Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor, 6th Phase, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, 9th Phase Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500085
- Landmark: Above Indian Bank, 2nd Floor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Essential Skills:
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and quick to learn LMS platforms
