THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist with 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who wants to play a strategic and hands-on role in building a high-performance, people-first culture at XenonStack.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements across technical and non-technical functions.
- HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRMS updates, and ensure smooth payroll inputs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster inclusion, collaboration, and well-being.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving queries and providing HR guidance.
- Performance & Learning
- Support performance management cycles, feedback sessions, and appraisals.
- Coordinate training programs, certifications, and career development initiatives for employees.
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently, aligning with labor laws and company values.
- Participate in audits, documentation, and reporting.
- MBA in HR or equivalent with 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition professional.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, HRMS platforms, and labor law basics.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability with a people-first mindset.
