JOB TITLE: Junior Digital Product Manager

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full time



JOB FUNCTION: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to lead our Business as Usual (BAU) stream, focusing on bug fixes, stability improvements, and incremental enhancements across our web and app platforms. This is a critical role that ensures our digital products remain reliable, performant, and user-friendly.


You will be a proactive problem solver, a confident communicator between technical and non-technical teams and have a good eye for detail as well as the ability to see the bigger picture.

You’ll be (Responsibilities):


  • Own and maintain the BAU product backlog, ensuring issues are well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and support teams to triage bugs, monitor stability, and drive resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage the BAU budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking spend against forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and communicate progress on fixes and improvements.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for stability enhancements.
  • Champion continuous improvement in how BAU work is scoped, prioritised, and delivered.
  • Triaging fan support and user feedback for the website as a source of new ideas.
  • Assess competitor products and make improvement recommendations.
  • Be involved in every stage of the product development process: discovery workshops, gathering requirements, developing feature ideas, writing user stories/development tickets, supporting Agile ceremonies and carrying out user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in the day-to-day delivery of the product roadmap & backlog.
  • Engage with our development agency daily to troubleshoot issues and track progress.
  • Take part in acceptance testing to ensure UX and overall build quality are to exemplary standard before any release.
  • Build, track and report on optimisation initiatives (e.g. A/B testing)
  • Contribute to the product strategy through definition and clear articulation of business and user requirements.



You’ll have: (Experience required)

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a product or project management role, ideally within a digital or tech environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding basic web/app architecture.
  • An understanding of digital standards and best practices including technical/content SEO and accessibility
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving user experience through stability and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Commitment to high standards and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask under time constraints and not compromise quality
