Junior Product / UX / UI Designer
A diverse global group of small to mid-sized businesses is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join its growing digital design team. You’ll provide design consultancy across multiple brands, supporting the development of new digital products and services while learning from experienced designers and technologists.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with 1–3 years of experience who’s passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and clean, thoughtful interfaces — someone eager to grow their skills and contribute to real-world digital products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the design and enhancement of digital products and services across multiple businesses.
- Contribute to UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing activities.
- Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and product teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes.
- Learn and apply data-driven design principles including A/B testing and analytics.
What you’ll bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive design for various devices and screen sizes.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail.
Why join:
You’ll be part of a small, supportive design team that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning. The role offers hands-on project exposure across multiple brands, professional development opportunities, and the chance to shape the digital experience for a broad portfolio of businesses.
